Koel4Kids children’s rubber boots for rainy weather conditions.
Koel4Kids rubber boots meet some of the barefoot shoes characteristics.
Barefoot shoes are minimalist shoes that give an experience close to walking barefoot with feet still protected from cold and injury. Walking in barefoot shoes strengthens muscles, lets your child’s feet receive sensory feedback from the ground and provides free movement of the growing feet. Barefoot shoes are the most comfortable shoes your child has ever worn.
They are characterized by:
- Wide toe box following the natural shape of toes
- Zero heel-to-toe drop
- No arch support
- A flexible and thin sole
Main features: Koel4Kids rubber boots keep children’s feet dry. These lightweight rubber boots have a textile lining and a removable sole to ease drying of the boots. The boots have a wide toe box and flexible sole, and a zero heel-to-toe drop.
Where to wear: We recommend the use of rubber boots only in very wet conditions when weather conditions are unfit for regular boots and shoes.
Fit: Suitable for feet which are of average width and with a low to average instep. Rubber boots cannot be well attached to the ankle, meaning they should fit the kid’s feet very well – not be too wide or too high to avoid the pressure on feet muscles. If shoes are not well attached to the ankle, we unconsciously use our feet muscles to keep them on. This causes pressure in the muscles and prevents blood circulation. Most kids are not able to determine if shoes fit them well which is why we as parents need to make sure the boots are a good fit.
Upper material: rubber
Inner material: 60 % Polyester, 35 % cotton

Care: we recommend cleaning the rubber boots regularly. After cleaning apply oil (special or neutral-taste cooking) with a soft sponge or cloth. Repeat this at regular intervals.
