The toe box is wide and the 4mm MultiGrip performance rubber sole lets your foot bend, move, feel and flex naturally meanwhile giving a good grip. The insole is 2,5 mm and can be removed. If you remove the insole, you get a very minimalist 4mm barefoot shoe. It is easy to fasten boots with laces.
